To use Panabit software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") and related services, you shall read and comply with the Panabit User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the Panabit Privacy Policy. This Agreement is entered into between you and Beijing Panabit Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we/us") in respect of your downloading, installation, use, and reproduction of the Software, as well as your use of our related services.
The services under this Agreement refer to the relevant software licenses and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by us to you through the Panabit Software installed on terminal devices, including but not limited to enterprise domain name identification, account login, configuration synchronization, VPN connection, routing settings, log viewing, version update, etc.
This Agreement is the fundamental agreement for your use of the Software and Services.
The Panabit Privacy Policy, as well as the rules, prompts, and explanations separately displayed on the page for specific functions, are all integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
We may revise this Agreement in accordance with business changes and requirements of laws and regulations. The revised Agreement will be displayed in the Software or on relevant pages, with the effective date indicated.
If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you shall immediately stop using the Software and Services; if you continue to use them, it shall be deemed that you accept the revised Agreement.
The Services are mainly used to help users access the network connection and secure access capabilities provided by their affiliated enterprises, including but not limited to:
Enterprise domain name identification and service discovery
User account login and identity authentication
Acquisition and synchronization of enterprise configurations
Establishment and maintenance of VPN tunnels
Routing settings and status viewing
Software update and version prompts
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to install, use, display, and run the Software on legally acquired terminal devices. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or with our written permission, you shall not use the Software for commercial resale, rental, lending, sub-licensing, or other similar purposes.
Some functions of the Services require you to log in with an enterprise account.
During the registration, binding, or login process, you shall provide true, accurate, and complete information in accordance with the prompts on the page.
You shall properly keep your account and authentication credentials, and be responsible for all operations performed under the account.
If you find that your account has been stolen, your credentials have been leaked, or there are other security risks, you shall immediately notify us or your enterprise administrator.
You may acquire the Software from our official website, our authorized download channels, or application stores.
If you acquire the Software or an installer with the same name as the Software from an unauthorized third party, we cannot guarantee its normal use and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result.
We may provide different versions for different terminal devices, and you shall select and install the version suitable for your device type.
After downloading the installer, you shall complete the installation in accordance with the prompts on the page or the system prompts.
If you no longer need to use the Software, you may uninstall it on your own.
To improve user experience, fix issues, or enhance security, we may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, replacements, or function adjustments.
To ensure the security and functional consistency of the Services, we have the right to perform necessary updates to the Software, and older versions may no longer be supported in the future.
If the Software supports in-app update and installation, you may choose whether to download and install the updated version in accordance with the prompts on the page.

To realize the core capabilities of the Services, you may need to provide or authorize the following necessary information or permissions during use:
Account information: enterprise domain name, username, password, or single sign-on credentials, used for identity authentication;
Device identification information: such as ANDROID_ID for Android devices, identifierForVendor for iOS devices, and device_uuid generated by the application, used for device identification, configuration synchronization, and security control;
Network and connection information: such as interface information, connection status, local IP, TUN IP, and local subnet information, used for establishing and maintaining VPN connections;
System authorizations: such as VPN authorization, battery optimization exemption authorization, and update package installation authorization, used for the realization of corresponding functions.
If you refuse to provide the relevant necessary information or authorize the necessary permissions, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions or the full capabilities of the Services.
The Software will not enable non-necessary permissions by default. We will only initiate requests for corresponding permissions when you actively trigger specific functions.
You understand and agree that the use of the Software may incur network traffic fees, and such fees shall be borne by you.
You shall ensure that the terminal device, operating system, and network environment you use meet the basic operating requirements of the Software.
You shall bear the risks and losses caused by network fluctuations, terminal abnormalities, improper password keeping, and other such factors on your own.
Unless permitted by law or with our written permission, you shall not engage in the following acts:
Removing the right statements on the Software and its copies;
Conducting reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Software;
Copying, modifying, disseminating, renting, lending, or sub-licensing the Software or its components;
Interfering with the normal operation of the Software through unauthorized plug-ins, add-ons, scripts, third-party tools, emulator environments, or other similar means;
Using the Software to engage in illegal or irregular activities, or disseminating illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
Other acts that violate laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or the terms of this Agreement.
You shall be responsible for all actions and consequences arising from the use of the Software and Services. If any third party makes a claim, files a complaint, imposes a penalty, or suffers losses due to your violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations, you shall be independently liable; if such violation causes losses to us, you shall also be liable for compensation.
In some scenarios, the Software may need to call your enterprise-side authentication system, controller services, update services, or system browser capabilities.
When you use products or services provided by third parties, you shall also comply with the relevant agreements and rules of such third parties.
We do not guarantee the legality, security, or stability of third-party products, services, websites, or content, nor shall we be liable for any disputes arising therefrom.
The intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark right, patent right, and trade secret of the Software and related content are owned by us or the relevant right holders.
Without the written consent of us or the relevant right holders, you shall not use, copy, disseminate, transfer, or license others to use the above-mentioned content in any form.
You understand and agree that the Software may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to terminal environment, network quality, system restrictions, and third-party software conflicts.
You shall strengthen the security protection of your terminal device and account information, and properly keep sensitive information such as passwords and tokens.
We will take reasonable and prudent technical measures to protect the information and data security of your terminal device, but we cannot make a commitment to absolute security.
The Software may use third-party software or technologies, including open-source components, system SDKs, basic capability plug-ins, etc.
We will disclose the license files, instruction documents, or lists of third-party software or technologies in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations or agreements.
Disputes arising from third-party software or technologies shall be resolved by the corresponding third parties, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
Your downloading, installation, and use of the Software shall constitute your reading and acceptance of this Agreement and be bound by it. We have the right to modify the content of this Agreement when necessary and publicize it to you through an appropriate method.
This Agreement is concluded in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising between you and us shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is concluded.
If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
